The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) gives you the right to access recorded information held by any public sector organisation. Anyone can request information – there are no restrictions on your age, nationality or where you live.

You can make an FOI request for information from the CCG by calling 03 300 571 030 and asking for the Freedom of Information office, or by emailing capccg.freedomofinformation1@nhs.net
