NHS England: Primary Care Orthodontics Patient Survey

This consultation is now closed.

NHS England is planning to procure primary care orthodontic services across the East of England and is currently seeking views from patients on what the services should look like.

Orthodontic treatment, usually with braces, is most often used to improve the appearance and alignment of crooked, protruding, or crowded teeth and to correct problems with the bite of the teeth.  Patients are typically aged between 12 and 18 years old.

An online survey is now live and runs until Wednesday 3 January 2018. The survey can be completed here.

A hard copy of the survey can be downloaded here and a copy of the poster can be downloaded here.
