This toolkit provides a range of patient leaflets, posters and videos in different languages to help raise awareness of local NHS services available.
These can be printed out for patients/waiting areas or uploaded to practice websites.
Guide to NHS leaflet
An A4 leaflet that provides an overview of the local NHS services available - NHS 111, MIU/UTC, GP, Pharmacy and Self care - and how to access them. This leaflet will also be circulated to A&E, and community centres and therefore includes information on registering with a GP.
The leaflet is available to download from the 'Related documents' on this page in Czech, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Polish, Latvian, Romanian, Latvian, Russian, Portuguese, Urdu and Punjabi (Pakistani).
An English version is also available. Please note this has been written for purpose of being translated.
NHS 111 - leaflet and posters
Leaflets and posters that are available in variety of languages to help explain the role of 111 (as part of the national Think 111 First campaign).
The leaflet explains how to access the service, that an interpreter is available and provides examples of the types of illness and injuries NHS 111 can support with.
These are available in Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Arabic, Chinese, Urdu, Punjabi, Turkish, Bengali, Kurdish and Lithuanian.
