Clinical Champion – Atrial Fibrillation Pilot Project Peterborough/Wisbech 

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG  is looking for a skilled and effective Clinical Leader to support the development and implementation of primary care quality improvement programme focused on reducing preventable Atrial  Fibrillation associated strokes across Peterborough and Wisbech GP practices. 

This role offers the opportunity to be an inspirational leader, improving quality of care in shaping the future in of management of Atrial Fibrillation, engaging, influencing, and working with key stakeholders across Peterborough and Wisbech.    

The work will be covered by a contract of employment with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG.
