Time for Care - Showcase Event

Thank you to everyone who attended the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Time for Care Showcase Event at The Marriott Hotel Huntingdon on 8 November. It was a great success with over 100 delegates attending. The event had some very positive feedback and we are keen to facilitate sharing the learning across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

NHS England Programme Opportunities for 2018

For practices who have not been part of the Wave 1 Testbed Project, NHS England are offering the below programmes to support practices with engagement and implementation of the 10 High Impact Actionsas part of the GPFV.  Please click on the below links to view the programme flyers:

Fundamentals of Change

Aim - Overview of delivering change and the application of skills to a local project

Number of sessions - 2 sessions (7hrs each)

Length of programme - 2 full days (held up to 3 weeks apart)

What is Quality Improvement?

Aim - Learn how quality improvement techniques can be used in practice

Number of sessions - 1 session (3.5hrs total)

Length of programme - Half a day

Time for Care

Aim - Develop focused aims around 1-2 specific High Impact Actions

Number of sessions - 6 action learning sets (3.5hrs each)

Length of programme - 6-9 months
