Reminder: Significant Event Analysis (SEA)
As part of shared learning, we are studying the experiences of GPs where cancer was diagnosed following an emergency presentation. We would like to request the support of your Practice through completing a Significant Event Analysis (SEA).
Please see the attached letter and questionnaire for more information.
We would very much appreciate your support and participation in completion of this audit as the more engagement from practices we receive, the more value is added to the learning event which will be held later in the year.

Desmond is now also available to anyone with Type 2 diabetes who hasn’t attended before so please encourage your patients to attend.
