CCG and Cambridge Judge Business School launch Primary Care Innovation Academy Programme

An innovative 10-day leadership programme for emerging primary care leaders in medicine, jointly organised by the Cambridge Judge Business School and the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG, kicks off this weekend with a three-day induction weekend in Cambridge.

Strengthening primary care and its innovation potential is key to help the NHS weather the many challenges of the future. This programme is designed to develop a team of future GP leaders who will be the local voice of general practice and engage pro-actively in the development of the local health system around their practices. EU Exit - Medicines Supply

The information for patients on nhs.uk around continuity of medicines supply if there is a no-deal EU exit has been updated. As well as this, the FAQ for clinicians on the NHS England website has also been updated.

These updates explain the government’s multi-layered approach to ensure that medicines continue to be available if there is a no-deal EU exit. It is important that this information is shared with front line staff, so they can pass this information on to patients.
