Service Go Live

The Service Go Live - routine post COVID-19 is available.


Where there are service changes each patient is reviewed on an individual basis and prioritised accordingly. All patients affected by these temporary changes are being communicated with directly.

  • NWAFT have recently updated their GP extranet.
  • The new site has been brought in line with the Trust’s Information Services system and there is a new way of accessing referral forms. These are located via the menu item on the main page called ‘Referral Forms’. 


From 01 July 2020 Dynamic Health is reopening for routine referral pathways

As of Monday 23 March 2020, CCS will only be providing services that the NHS have agreed are essential for families. Further details of Cambridgeshire Children and Young People’s essential services is on their website.
