New members of staff will need a user account set up by the Communications & Engagement Team. This should be done via the new starter form which line managers should send through to email@example.com. Clicking the reset link will not instigate a login being sent to you as the account needs to be set up in order for this link to work.
Please ensure you are using the correct username to login, this should be your nhs.net email address. It is also advisable to copy and paste the reset link into Google Chrome web browser.
