Dr Emma Tiffin, Adult Clinical Mental Health Lead at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG:

"I am delighted that our local Primary Care Integrated Service for Mental Health service was awarded the Primary Care and Community Mental Health Award last night at the national Positive Practice Mental Health Awards this week. The service, known as PRISM, brings together GPs and other Primary Care providers, the voluntary sector, physical healthcare services, social care and social prescribing to support a person with mental health needs in a person centered and joined up way. It is a fantastic partnership achievement and a credit to the hard work of all those involved at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust, Cambridgeshire County Council, CPSL MIND the SUN Network and others. The award is a result of the dedication and teamwork of all our colleagues."

Congratulations to the whole team!
