Ambulance services

Ambulance services in our area are provided by the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Their mission is to provide holistic high quality clinical mobile care or advice at the time patients need it.

The Trust provides accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport in Cambridgeshire, as well as Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

They also provide non-emergency patient transport services for patients needing non-emergency transport to and from hospital, treatment centres and other similar facilities, and who can't travel unaided because of their medical condition or frailty.

Within the east of England, the Trust delivers non-emergency transport services in Cambridgeshire, as well as Great Yarmouth and Waveney, north, south and west Essex, and Suffolk.
